Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24- 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

A tracking # is provided via email to the email provided at the time of purchase. All tracking information is real time received from the shipping company.  Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

At DownRange Outfitter – DRO we offer flat rate shipping options to you order.

$9.99 – standard ground shipping

$16.99 – 3 Day Shipping

$45.50 – Next Day Shipping

All orders over $150 rates free standard ground shipping.

The only way to guarantee a delivery date for a shipment is by selecting either 3 Day or next Day shipping. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your package must be post marked within 30 days of your purchase, to be eligible for a refund. All returns are to be boxed up with the supplied return label you receive from DownRange Outfitter – DRO attached. If you are returning shoes, please do not use the use the shoe box as the return shipping box, you will not be eligible for a refund due to the item not being able to be sold.

1. Please email wskeene@downrangeoutfitter.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

All clearance and open box sales are final. We cannot accept returns on clearance, open box, factory direct or customized items. We do not refund original shipping costs on returned orders. Please use the insured shipping label provided in the return process. Shipping fees for packages sent without this label are not eligible for reimbursement.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
